Keertanshastra is an age-old tradition of Maharashtra, which has sprung from the champu style of Sanskrit literature. Champu is an admixture of prose and poetry. Thus study of Keertanshastra is closely related with the Sanskrit literature. The preservation and continuity of this rich tradition is responsibility of each generation. Therefore, for the people who want to study and preserve this tradition the present course is designed. A student of this course is taught the Marathi literature, Sanskrit literature, Darshana and the Prayoga. Detailed study of the Narada Prayoga and Warkari Prayoga will be provided for the student. Thus, in three years the student will get sufficient practical knowledge of the Keertanshastra and come out as a knowledgeable resource person of it.

This is a four-year non-medical degree course designed for students desiring to specialise in the three subjects viz. Yoga, Naturopathy & Dietetics. Students who have passed the Diploma course conducted by CCR, Delhi, can get direct admission into the second year of this course. But they should pass the Sanskrit subject of First year along with the papers of second year. Basic principles of yoga, Naturopathy, Dietetics, Principles of Physiotherapy, Nidan Panchak, Swasthyavritta, Alternative Healing systems, Diagnostic Methods, Application of Mud, Magnets & Cromotherapy, Hydrotherapy and Fasting therapy are the main topics.

This course is designed for those who have knowledge of Sanskrit and Computers. There will be two semesters of 500 marks each. In the first semester, students will be introduced to the computer, computer literacy, Natural Language Processing (NLP-I) and Panini Sanskrit Processing. Out of Alankara, Darshana, Bauddha logic or Jainalogic they can study any one in the first semester. Computer-lab is essentially introduced in both the semesters. The objective of this course is to enable the students to appreciate the application of Panini-Vyakarana and other Darshanas in Natural Language Processing.
